Angie Goldberg is a gift to Cameron Middle School.
As our current Sage teacher, she works tirelessly with students and staff to make sure the curriculum is accessible, challenging and rewarding. She taps into students’ creativity and helps to organize and implement both the Robotics Club and the Future Problem Solvers Club at Cameron Middle school, ensuring that our students have access to the cutting edge of technology.
Angie has given up so much of her own time to personally help revamp the Guidance curriculum to incorporate Formative Assessment and Universal Design for Learning methods to engage all learners. Under Angie’s direction, our school has been successful at implementing UDL across the curriculum as well.
One teacher states, “I cannot thank Angie enough for her guidance and support. Angie is a tremendous resource to our school and we are very fortunate to have her!” There is nothing Angie Goldberg won’t do if it means helping Cameron Middle School. She led a Champion event on putty making.
She brought in Dr. Gotgart and other public town figures to inspire and field questions from her sixth grade students. She’ll collaborate with any teacher in the building on any subject area at any time. You can find her chaperoning the Cameron Concert while working on a Powerpoint on formative assessment and greeting students and their families at the same time.
Since Angie has taken the position of SAGE teacher she has helped make Cameron Middle School a better place.
She puts her heart and soul into her job without asking for anything in return. She does it because she has a true passion for education and the students she teaches.
