FRAMINGHAM – Avidia Bank plans to open its newest location on Route 30 in Framingham this summer.
Avidia is constructing a 2-story bank at the site of a former Bickford’s at 270 Cochituate Road. The 6,500-square-foot bank is located next to the U.S. Post Office.
This morning, June 14, the Hudson-based bank announced the branch’s leadership team.
Jeremy Brandon was named assistant vice president, market manager for the new branch.
He has more than five years of management experience in banking at TD Bank and Santander Bank in Framingham. He is a graduate of Bridgewater State University and was a part of the Class of 2017 Leadership MetroWest Academy.
Fernando Ferreira, who has been with Avidia since 2014, will be assistant manager.
Ferreira is tri-lingual and previously worked as a personal banker and head teller. He is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration at Framingham State University, with a target graduation date of 2018.
