Michelle Biasella is an integral part of the Stapleton family!
Her knowledge, passion and expertise make her an asset to all students, staff and stakeholders. She has worked to create a culture that embraces differences and supports the growth of each and every student.
She oversees the tutoring of identified students, leads small groups, models for teachers, provides professional development, facilitates and leads the technology subcommittee of the Data Team and is a vital member of both the Title I Parent Advisory Council and the school based Data Team.
The breadth and depth of her reach is evident in the relationships that she works to foster – through collaborative planning, parent workshops, website development and community outreach opportunities.
Although her role is listed as Literacy Coach, she is well versed in all academic areas as well as the needs of special education students and those who are economically disadvantaged. She actively inculcates a growth mindset and consistently uses her role to collaborate with colleagues to reflect on what worked and what didn’t in an effort to continuously improve instruction. Ms. Biasella consistently works to perfect her craft and is a role model for others.
