2. The Framingham Cultural Council is scheduled to meet tonight at 7:15 in the Memorial Building.  Click here to read the agenda.


3. The Government Study Committee is scheduled to meet tonight at 7 in the Memorial Building. On the agenda is a discussion on creating a Board of License Commissioners via a special legislature act, which would remove the licensing role from the Framingham Board of Selectmen and allow them to focus more on policy and vision. A Board of License Commissioners is part of the proposed city charter ballot question, which will go before voters on April 4.


4. Plan ahead: Tuesday is the 7th Annual Taste of MetroWest hosted by the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce. The event takes place at the Sheraton in Framingham from 5 to 8 p.m. Tickets are $40. To purchase tickets click here.


5. Yogalates classes begin at Keefe Tech at Hight Tuesday. The classes will help to strengthen rengthen your core, tone your arms and legs and then stretch it all out from head to toe with this mix of Pilates, basic Yoga poses and traditional stretching positions. Students will begin with 30 minutes of Pilates, followed by 30 minutes of Yoga stretching movements, meditation and relaxation. Classes are Tuesdays from 7 to 8 p.m. and taught by Karen Fishman, a Pilates and yoga classes at area gyms in MetroWest  since 2003. She is certified as a Group Fitness Instructor by Fitness Resource Associates (FRA) and holds several fitness certifications from the American Aerobic Association International and International Sports Medicine Association.  Cost is $99 for 6 classes.
