1 Congrats to the Framingham High boys ice hockey team who defeated Bridgewater-Raynham on the road last night to advance to the quarterfinals of the MIAA Division 1 South tournament. They play next on Sunday, March 5 in Bourne.
The Flyers are the only team left of the three high schools in Framingham with a team still in the playoffs.
2. The Framingham Public Library’s Brown Bag series returns today at noon at the main Framingham Library. John Woodward will present a program on T’ai Chi for healthy living. T’ai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that nowadays is more often seen as a form of relaxing exercise. It combines slow, fluid movements with a meditative state of mind that helps to improve our balance, health and well-being. 3. The award-winning Framingham High School Drama Company will present two performances of electra at Framingham High this weekend.
