FRAMINGHAM — Framingham Selectmen voted last night, Nov. 29, to extend the alcohol license hours for Life Time Athletic
The facility will now be able to serve alcohol Sundays from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Mondays through Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The previous license prohibited serving alcohol past 7 p.m.
In July, Framingham Selectmen approved a beer & wine restaurant license & common victualer license at 490 Old Connecticut Pathfor Life Time Athletic. The license only allows the serving of alcohol in the squash court area and the outside pool only. The extension of the hours is still only for beer & wine.

Life Time Athletic MetroWest offers a full-service spa, a cafe that provides a healthy diet, group fitness instructors and personal trainers, an indoor cycling studio, cutting-edge fitness equipment, and both and indoor and an outdoor pool. Programming includes weight loss programs, squash courts, yoga and Pilates classes, and indoor aquatics center.
There is also a Life Time Kids Academy which will provide kids ages 3 months to 13 years a activities focused on Mind and Body, Arts and Culture, Fitness and Agility, and Life Skills.
Life Time Athletic – MetroWest offers individual, couples, family and kid memberships. Prices are not available on the company’s website, and the company prefers to not give our price infrormation,and instead discuss it individually during tours.
Life Time, located off Old Conn Path near Speen Street, also offers corporate wellness programs.
Life Time is located on the site of the former Breyers/Sealtest Ice cream plant, built in 1962, which closed in 2011. National Development purchased the property for $4.5 million in August 2013.
