FRAMINGHAM – The Residence Inn on Staples Drive has been sold.

The five-story, 125-suite hotel at 400 Staples Drive was part of a two-hotel deal worth $32.1 million.

Pennsylvannia-based Hershey Hospitality Trust sold the two Residence Inns to Lowe Enterprises Investors, which is based in Los Angeles.

The deal included the Residence Inn in technology park in Framingham and the Residence Inn in Norwood.

The Framingham Residence Inn sold for $18,051,600. The hotel was renovated in 2014.

The Norwood inn sold for $14,049,900. It has 96 suites over four floors.

Last night, Framingham Selectmen accepted the return of the all-alcohol license that was granted to the Framingham Residence Inn.
