FRAMINGHAM – Wednesday morning, the annual Framingham High pep rally was held.
It was a very loud gym as the cheerleaders, fusion dance team, and the 2016 state champion dance team performed before the crowd seated by class.
Throughout the assembly dueling chants of of “2017” and “2018” could be heard. The sophomore and the freshmen class could hardly be heard, except when the the class of 2017, 2018, 2019 all chanted “freshmen and pointed at the stands, where the class of 2020 was gathered.
The drum line from the Framingham High marching band performed, as did its color guard.
The state champion boys volleyball team marched around the gym with its new signs that will be posted in the Town of Framingham.
And eventually, the Framingham High football team made its appearance. One of the five captains Jared Brockway spoke for a few moments, and then the pep rally ended with a performance of some of the mothers of the senior football players. Click here to watch the video.
