Grand Jury Indicts Framingham Man on Armed Robbery Charge

WOBURN – A Middlesex County Grand Jury Indicted a Framingham man on armed robbery and assault on a police officer charges.

David Bombard Jr., 48, of Framingham, was indicted on charges of armed robbery, assault and battery on a police officer (2 counts), resisting arrest, and being a habitual offender.

Bombard Jr. was arrested by Holliston Police this past summer, after police said he robbed a convenience store in Holliston at gun point on Wednesday, July 27.

Police said the Framingham man showed a hand gun and struggled with the store owner, before leaving the store.

Using a K-9 unit, Holliston Police located the Framingham man. Police from Ashland, Medway, Hopkinton, and Sherborn also helped in the 20-minute search for the suspect.
