Framingham Shuts Out Red Hawks 3-0 in George Wheeler Memorial Cup

FRAMINGHAM – The Flyers found their offense Saturday night at the 21st Annual George Wheeler Memorial Soccer Cup at Bowditch Field.

The Framingham High boys soccer team defeated Natick High 3-0.

The game was a re-match of the season opener in which the two teams played to a scoreless tie.

Framingham is now 5-1-4, under head coach Dan Avery. Natick drops to 2-6-2.

Flyers goalie Dylan O’Brien has only allowed four goals all season and has eight shutouts in 10 games.

Junior Nick Bernardi scored the game winner in the first-half on a penalty kick.
