Heat Advisory For Thursday: It Will Feel Like 100-Plus

FRAMINGHAM – The National Weather Service in Boston has issued a heat advisory for more of Eastern Massachusetts, including Framingham. The heat advisory is in effect from Thursday, August 11 from noon to 7 p.m.

With temperatures in the mid-90s and dew points in the lower 70s, the temperature will feel like 102 degrees plus.

The heat advisory means there is an increased chance for heat-related illnesses, including heat stroke.

Those spending time outside should drink plenty of fluids and try to stay out of the sun. Best solution is to stay inside in air-conditioned rooms.
