SLIDESHOW: Godspell Opens Tonight in Framingham

FRAMINGHAM – Prepare for the timeless tale of friendship, loyalty, and love based on the Gospel According to St. Matthew, as the Performing Arts Center of MetroWest will present Godspell, featuring a cast of 10 MetroWest students in Grades 9 through college, this weekend.

Tonight, July 29 is opening night.

Shows are tonight, and July 30 at 7:30 p.m. at Dennison Memorial Hall, Boston Church of Christ, 214 Concord Street in Framingham.

In the musical, a small group of followers help Jesus tell different parables by using a variety of games, storytelling techniques, and comic timing.

Via an eclectic blend of songs, ranging in style from pop to vaudeville, the story of Jesus’ life dances across the stage.

Advance tickets for Godspell are $16 for adults, $14 for seniors and youth. Tickets are $2 more at the door.

Tickets available by calling 508-875-5554 or online at www.pacmetrowest.org
