FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police are conducting a investigation at Callahan State Park this morning, July 21.
The initial call came in at 7:20 a.m., according to the log.
Framingham Police Lt. Stephen Cronin said he could not discuss the investigation.
Under state law, Police can not discuss domestic violence or sexual assault cases with the media or the public. (As a reminder, under Gov. Deval Patrick, a law was passed that domestic violence and sexual assault arrests do not appear in the public police log.) Police also do not discuss juvenile cases with the media and public.
Framingham Source readers have been reporting all morning of a heavy police presence at the 820-acre park in the northwest section of Framingham.
Source will update when more details become available.
