FRAMINGHAM – A vehicle crashed through a Route 9 beauty salon, just after 1 p.m today, July 15.

A car crashed into Exposure Hair Salon at 509 Worcester Road.

“A car just drove through the front of our building,” said Haley Dutchka to Framingham Source.

“Everyone is safe. No one is hurt,” said Dutchka. “My mother, the owner, was about three inches away.”

Framingham Police Lt. Harry Wareham said a Framingham woman, 80, lost control of her vehicle and drove through the front of the salon.

She was not seriously injured in the crash, said Lt. Wareham.

Framingham Police will file an “immediate threat” form to have the woman’s license suspended, said Lt. Wareham. The decision can be appealed to the Registry of Motor Vehicles.

“It’s very, very bad,” she said, about the salon.

Framingham Police are investigating.

A building inspector has been called to the scene. It is not known if the salon can re-open, yet.

Source will update when we have more details.
