Framingham Hosting ‘State of Housing’ Panel

The Town of Framingham’s Community Development Department and the Fair Housing Committee is hosting a “State of Housing” panel.

The event takes place Wednesday, June 22 in the Ablondi Room in the Memorial Building at 5:30 p.m.

The Town of Framingham will lead the discussion on the state of housing in the community with a panel of speakers.

Panelists include:

  • Cory Fellows, Vice President of Real Estate Development at non-profit developer Preservation of Affordable Housing, focuses on acquisition and redevelopment of affordable multifamily properties.
  • Dave Harrison, Director of the Energy and Financial Assistance Division at South Middlesex Opportunity Council (SMOC), oversees the agency’s home modification loans, state and federal rental subsidy assistance, fuel assistance, and energy conservation programs.
  • Megan Tolland, Realtor with 20 years of experience in the greater MetroWest area, handles representation for both residential and investment properties and uses her appraisal experience to sell hundreds of homes.
