Earth Day Festival on April 30 on the Framingham Centre Common starting at 11 a.m.
The 6th Annual Earth Day Festival takes place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Framingham Centre Common on Saturday, April 30. In the event of rain, the Festival will be in Framingham High.
The helmets meet CPSC standards and come in three sizes.
Volunteers from the law firm, the Framingham Bicycle and Pedestrian Committee, and the Framingham Police Bicycle Patrol will distribute the helmets and provide instruction on how to properly adjust and wear the helmets.
Children need not live in Framingham to receive free helmets.
