Framingham Police Arrest Teen For Unauthorized and Unlicensed Operation of a Vehicle

FRAMINGHAM _ Framingham Police arrested a Framingham teen for unauthorized and unlicensed use of a motor vehicle over the weekend.

Police arrested on Sunday, March 19 at 11:45 p.m. on Concord Street Francisco DaSilva, 18, of 33 Main Street of Framingham.

He was charged with operating a motor vehicle with out a license and using a motor vehicle without authority.
