FRAMINGHAM – Mark Haranas, chief executive officer of MutualOne Bank, has announced the promotion of Brenda Fishlock to first vice president, compliance and BSA officer.
Fishlock joined the Bank in 2018 and most recently served as vice president. In her new role, she will continue to be responsible for the institution’s Bank Secretary Act program, compliance, and audits. Fishlock will also ensure that the Bank follows all laws, regulations, and rules that govern operations and product offerings.
Before joining the Bank, she worked at Milford National Bank.
