FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a Berlin man on a charge of drunk driving, after he parked on the Union Avenue rotary early Saturday morning.

Police arrested at 2:20 a.m. on January 28, Hector Orellana Lopez, 35, of 167 River Road of Berlin.

He was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

“A patrol officer observed a vehicle sitting on top of the raised rotary at the intersection of Union/Main.  After a brief investigation, the operator was found to be operating under the influence of alcohol,” said Framingham Police spokesperson.
