FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a man early Wednesday morning, who was driving a vehicle, after his license had been revoked for being a “habitual traffic offender.”

A Framingham Police Officer attempted to stop a vehicle on Union Avenue at 1 a.m. for a motor vehicle violation, said Police.

The driver continued to drive and did not stop for the officer.

The driver then parked his vehicle and started to walk away, said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

Police arrested at 1:52 a.m. Isaiah Masso, 30 of 221 Arlington Street of Framingham.

An “open container of beer was located in the vehicle,” said Lt. Mickens.

He was charged with failure to stop for police, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, lights violation, and operating a motor vehicle after license revoked as HTO (habitual traffic offender).
