FRAMINGHAM _ Framingham Police officers arrested a woman on an assault & battery charger with a dangerous weapon and resisting arrest on Tuesday night. December 20.
Police were called to 77 Arlington Street for “people sleeping in the laundry room,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.
At 9:42 p.m. Police arrested Jessica Powell, 35, of 149 Phelps Road of Framingham.
She was charged on a warrant out of Framingham for vandalism, said Lt. Mickens.

She was also charged with assault & battery with a dangerous weapon and resisting arrest.
“During the arrest she kicked an officer multiple times with a shod foot,” said Lt Mickens.
No one was injured, said the Police spokesperson.
No booking photo was available said Police.
Powell has been arrested multiple times since 2020.
