FRAMINGHAM – Keep your valuables in plain sight while having lunch, and not on the back of your chair.

Framingham Police responded to Panera Bread at 400 Cochituate Road on December 11 at 3:25 p.m. for a larceny.

A woman reported her wallet stolen, said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

“Attempts were made to use the credit cards but were not successful,” said Lt. Mickens.

Suspects were described as a “light skin male, wearing white/black checkered coat, and cap and a light skin female, dark hair, wearing a long blue coat,” said the Framingham Police spokesperson.

The “female suspect followed victim until she was seated, then both suspects sat behind her,” said Lt. Mickens.

“Male suspect used a blue jacket he was carrying to cover victim’s pocketbook while she ate lunch,” said Lt. Mickens.
