FRAMINGHAM – the public is invited to join the Christa McAuliffe Center staff outside the McCarthy Center’s main entrance to learn about the International Space Station (ISS), its current crew, and experiments being conducted onboard.
From approximately 5:15 to 5:20 p.m., attendees can watch as the ISS passes overhead with a warm cup of hot chocolate.

Continue the fun by observing a waxing gibbous Moon, Saturn, Jupiter, the Pleiades star cluster, and Albireo double star with telescopes set up behind O’Connor Hall. Stargazing with telescopes will continue through 6:30 p.m.
This event is weather-dependent. In case of inclement weather or conditions inconducive for observing, this event will be cancelled. Please dress warmly!
Parking is available in the Maynard Road and Salem End Road Parking Lots.
