FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a Framingham man on Friday night, July 15, after he broke into a Poplar Street home.

The man “broke into the home through a window,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

“He was located inside the home when police arrived,” said Lt. Mickens. “He is known to the homeowner.”

Arrested at 8:59 p.m. on July 15 was Joshua Kosmenko, 43, of 73 Hollis Street in Framingham.

He was arrested and charged with unarmed burglary and malicious destruction of property over $1,200.
