MARLBOROUGH – The City of Marlboroughis reporting its 10th death from the coronavirus, today April 29.
The City is also reporting 32 new cases of the COVID-19 since Friday.
Since the pandemic began, Marlborough has had 438 positive cases of the virus.
Yesterday, April 28, the City of Marlborough surpassed 400 cases and had 406 cases.
That is a 7.88% increase in COVID-19 cases over the last 24 hours.

It is unknown how many residents have been tested in the City.
The good news is 224 individuals have recovered from the virus.
Marlborough is the second-highest for COVID-19 cases behind the City of Framingham, which has almost 800 cases
The number of COVID-19 cases in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts surpassed 60,000 today, April 29.
And today’s announcement of 250 deaths is the highest since the pandemic began.
Today, the Massachusetts Department of Public Health is reporting a total of 60,265 positive cases since the pandemic began.
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is reporting 1,963 new COVD-19 cases as of Wednesday, April 29.

Since the pandemic began, the Commonwealth is now reporting 3,405 deaths.
The Commonwealth reported 252 new deaths in the last 24 hours.

As of today at 4 p.m., the state has tested 265,618 individuals.
The state tested more than 11,000 individuals in the last 24 hours.
It is unknown how many people in Framingham have been tested.
Last week, the number of COVID-19 cases hospitalized was at 9%. A good sign it has been at 7% all week, and today dropped to 6%.
Middlesex County has the most positive cases at 13,799.
The Centers for Disease Control is reporting 57,505 deaths as of noon on April 29.

The United States now has the post confirmed cases worldwide 1.03 million cases as of 3 p.m. April 29.
