Framingham Police: Homeless Woman Steals $650 in Merchandise From Target, Including Vacuum

FRAMINGHAM – Police officers were called to Target yesterday, January 3 for a shoplifting incicent.

Police arrested at 8:54 p.m. at 400 Cochitiuate Road Jennifer Germaine, 46, listed as homeless in the police log.

“Germain walked out of Target with a vacuum inside of her shopping cart,”said Framingham Police Lt. Rachel Mickens. “Germain stole on two other occasions from Target with merchandise totaling over $650. She also had multiple warrants out of Framingham and Natick.”

She was charged with larceny/shoplifting, larceny by asportation (two counts), and larceny over $250, plus outstanding warrants.
