Framingham Police Charge 2 Men With Indecent Exposure

FRAMINGHAM – Two men were arrested on Wednesday, October 6, and charged with indecent exposure, a sex charge.

“A Framingham Police Officer observed two men urinating in public,” on Franklin Street, said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Robert Sibilio.

Arrested at 494 Franklin Street were

Thomas Galvin, 31, of Kansas, Missouri and Bradford Davis, 44, of 5 Weld Street in Framingham.
