NATICK – The Charles River Rotary Club held its 8th Annual Scoopaplooza on the Natick Common Sunday, and more than 2,000 people attended the fundraiser.

“So many people thanked us for doing and giving families a chance to return to ‘normal’,” said Roatry Club member Jon Fetherston.

Proceeds from the fundraiser go to a Keefe Technical School scholarship program and other service projects in the MetroWest area, said the Rotarian.

“An honor to be joined by the U.S.A. Army troops from Natick Labs. So many people thanked the troops for their service and scooping ice cream with us,” said Fetherston.
