Framingham School Department Unveils $14 Million American Rescue Spending Plan For FY22-23-24

FRAMINGHAM – Under the American Rescue Plan, the Framingham Public School System was allocated $14,404,743.

The 9-member elected School Committee has already held two public hearings on the proposed funding for this fiscal year and Fiscal years 2023 and 2024.

There is a third and final hearing scheduled for Wednesday night, July 21.

 Also at Wednesday night’s meeting 9-member School Committee will review a draft of how the administration wishes to spend the money.

The School Committee plans to vote on the Fiscal Year 2022 spending on August 4.
