FRAMINGHAM -It’s summertime and fishing is a great chance to explore the great outdoors and get in touch with nature, family and friends, and yourself! Join the Framingham Public Library to learn about local fish in streams, as well as beginners’ fishing tips and tricks from rod to reel with Mass Fish & Wildlife’s Jim Lagacy.
