Police: Framingham Man Exposes ‘Genitals’ Off A Balcony

FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a man after he was “observed urinating off of his balcony exposing his genitals,” said Police spokesperson Sgt. Rachel Mickens.

Framingham Police arrested Thursday, June 16 at 8;45 p.m. Ronaldo DeSouza, 58, of 37 Pine Street, #2 of Framingham.

He was charged with sex lewdness, open and gross.
