Mayor Spicer To Discuss Framingham As High-Risk COVID Community on April 6

FRAMINGHAM – On April 1, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts moved the City of Framingham back into the red, designating the community as a high-risk for the spread of the coronavirus.

Mayor Yvonne Spicer has not issued a statement since Framingham was announced as a high-risk community last night.

This afternoon, the Spicer administration announced the Mayor will hold a community hour to discuss the matter on Tuesday, April 6 at 5 p.m. on Zoom.

“Framingham is back in the “Red” one with a 4.03% COVID-19 positivity rate and what it means for the City. Join Mayor Yvonne M. Spicer to discuss what it means for Framingham to be back in the “red” as it relates to COVID-19 positivity rates. Attendees will be able to pose questions during the hour via Zoom’s Chat function,” said the Spicer administration press release.
