FRAMINGHAM – VY Properties LLC is seeking seeking approval for two, 3-story apartment buildings at the intersection of Irving and Leland streets in Framingham.

This is the second time, VY Properties LLC owner Vinod Patel, has proposed apartments in the District 9 neighborhood.

In Spring 2019, Patel proposed a 6-story apartment building, but the ZBA did not approve the plan.

The Framingham Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider an application for a Site Plan Review permit, a Special Permit for Land Disturbance and Stormwater Management, a Special Permit for Inclusionary Housing, a Special Permit for a Request for Dimensional Relief for Off-street Parking, and a Public Way Access Permit.
