FRAMINGHAM – Overnight, two more Framingham businesses had stones thrown against their windows, in attempts to break in and steal money.
Last night, two business on Hollis Street, also known as Route 126 were hit.
Last weekend, two businesses on Route 135, within walking distance of each other, were struck.
Police officers responded to Dom’s Variety Store at 2:26 a.m. on March 25.
A stone was thrown threw the window at 269 Hollis Street, said Framingham Police spokesperson Sgt. Rachel Mickens.

“Surveillance footage appeared to show a light skin male, gray or light color hoodie, small light color backpack, baseball hat, and black mask,” said Sgt. Mickens.
the individual “went right to cash register but could not get into it and left,” said Sgt. Mickens.
Also that night there was an attempted breakin reported at Daily Mart at 371 Hollis Street.
Police said there was no video available in that attempted break-in.

“A piece of concrete was used to try to break the window,” said Sgt. Mickens. “It only broke inner pane of glass so no entry was made.”
Over the weekend, the same tactic was used to smash windows at Bacon’s Wine & Spirits and at W&S Cleaners on Route 135 in the Coburnville neighborhood.
“Video surveillance shows a male throw rock through glass door in both breaks. He enters store at 694 Waverley,” said Sgt. Mickens. “A female is seen with him at 624 Waverley and she makes entry after he breaks glass.”
The man is described as “white male, black hoodie, light color jacket, and gray sweatpants,” said the Sgt. Mickens.

The woman is described as “wearing oversized gray sweatshirt with logo on the back and black pants,” said the Framingham Police spokesperson.
Framingham Deputy Police Chief Sean Riley said police are trying to identify the man and the woman based on the surveillance video.
