FRAMINGHAM – Police arrested a Framingham man at 10:44 a.m. on Saturday, February 13 on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
Arrested was Jose Rodriguez, 52, of 32B Second Street of Framingham.
Police stopped him on Howard Street after he ran a red light/stop sign.
He was charged with that violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
