FRAMINGHAM – The City of Framingham announced just 104 new COVID-19 cases since Monday, January 4.
Since the pandemic, there have been 186 deaths, as the city announced t1 new death today, January 6.
Framingham has had a total of 5,305, coronavirus cases since the pandemic began. Framingham has about 75,000 residents.
That means about 6.75% of the City has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in 2020.

The good news is 3,946 individuals have recovered.
Active cases in the City of Framingham has increased from 1,110 to 1173
Individuals in quarantine increased from 553 to 570.
Openings for testing have been extremely limited since December 20.
The Framingham residents-only free COVID testing site opened at SMOC HQ at 7 Bishop Street ended in 2020. No new walk-up testing site has been announced for 2021.
