FRAMINGHAM – The City of Framingham announced 75 new COVID-19 cases since Christmas.
Since the pandemic, there have been 177 deaths, as the city announced a new death today, December 28.
Framingham has had a total of 4,871, coronavirus cases since the pandemic began. Framingham has about 75,000 residents.

The good news is 3,683 individuals have recovered.
Active cases in the City of Framingham is at 1,011.
Individuals in quarantine increased from 459 to 470.
A new free COVID testing site opened this month at Framingham State University’s parking lot on Franklin Street. It is drive-thru and by appointment only. There are holiday hours this week.
A new Framingham only free COVID testing site opened at SMOC HQ at 7 Bishop Street. There are holiday hours this week. It will be closed on December 31, 2020 and January 1, 2021
