FRAMINGHAM – The City of Framingham announced today, on Christmas morning,107 new COVID-19 cases since Wednesday.
Since the pandemic, there have been 176 deaths, as the city announced a new death today on Christmas.
Framingham has had a total of 4,796, coronavirus cases since the pandemic began. Framingham has about 75,000 residents.

The good news is 3,566 individuals have recovered.
Active cases in the City of Framingham increased from 987 to 1,,054
Individuals in quarantine increased to 459.
A new free COVID testing site opened this month at Framingham State University’s parking lot on Franklin Street. It is drive-thru and by appointment only. There are holiday hours this week and next week.
A new Framingham only free COVID testing site opened at SMOC HQ at 7 Bishop Street. There are holiday hours this week. It is closed today but open on December 26.
