Police Charge Framingham Man with 2 Counts of Sexual Assault & Battery

FRAMINGHAM – Police arrested a Framingham man, over the weekend, on sex charges

Arrested on December 6 at 2:59 a.m. at his home was Daniel Brusger, 29, of 28 Little Farms Road.

He was charged with two counts of indecent sexual assault & battery on a person over age 14.

Framingham Police Lt. Patricia Grigas said the assault happened in a “private residence.”

“It was not a random act,” said Lt. Grigas.The victim and the man arrested knew each other, she said.
