FRAMINGHAM – Kevin W. Bergeron, 31, passed away unexpectedly on July 14, 2020.

Born in Waltham, he was a lifelong Framingham resident, and a 2007 graduate of Framingham High School. Growing up, Kevin loved playing baseball and hockey, and as he got older developed an intense passion for skateboarding and snowboarding. It was from many of these early life activities that he took great joy in teaching his younger sister, Stephanie.

Sometimes in life, happiness can be found in the simplest of forms. For Kevin, that often meant a cup of coffee, ordering a good pizza, and most importantly the latest and greatest pair of sneakers.

Kevin was and remains incredibly loved and adored by all of his family: His parents, Laurence W. & Mary M. (Kish) Bergeron of Framingham, his sister, Stephanie Shields & her husband Eric of Bristol, Connecticut, his aunts, Kathy Bordenca & her husband Tommy, Joanie Fish, and Debbie Bergeron, as well as many close cousins and friends.

Family and friends will honor and remember Kevin’s life by celebrating his Funeral Mass at St. Tarcisius Church, 562 Waverly St. Framingham on Wednesday, July 22  at 11 o’clock. Interment will follow at St. Tarcisius Cemetery. Visitation will be held in private by the immediate family. If you do so wish, we ask that you please wear a pair of your favorite sneakers in support and honor of Kevin.

Flowers are welcome. If desired, remembrances in Kevin’s name can also be made to: The National Alliance on Mental Illness, www.nami.org.

Arrangements by the McCarthy, McKinney, & Lawler Funeral Home of Framingham. For online tributes or to share a memory with Kevin’s family, kindly visit www.mccarthyfh.com.
