FRAMINGHAM – Police arrested a Framingham woman, after she stabbed another, during a disagreement inside a downtown apartment on Thursday afternoon.

Police arrested at 2:15 p.m. Jessica Powell, 32, of 149 Phelps Road in Framingham. She was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (knife).

Police were called to 73 Hollis Street about an assault at 1:48 p.m.

The victim was stabbed in the arm, said Framingham Police Lt. Patricia Grigas.

The two individuals were known to each other, and at no time was any one else at risk, said Lt. Grigas.

The two had a disagreement in the apartment.
