Meet Josue Rivas! He is the Executive Chef of MetroWest Medical Center and has been a part of the team for 15 years! He is passionate about cooking and likes to see the smile that our food puts on the faces of our patients, our MWMC community, and our visitors. Collaborating with his team is his favorite part of his job. He is so proud of the group of talented individuals who take so much pride in our day-to-day operations. He also is thankful that his position allows him to work with the team to see them grow in their careers. He recalls starting as an hourly employee, and with hard work, dedication, and support from his team he was recently promoted to Executive Chef. He hopes to serve as a mentor for those who want the same. When he’s not at work, you can find Josue spending time with his family, friends, and fellow parishioners from his church. He also enjoys taking trips to the beach and visiting his oldest son Josiah, who just completed his freshman year at Emmanuel College in Boston.
