FRAMINGHAM – Emiliana Alvarado, 89, of Framingham, passed away, Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham.

Born in Coamo, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Francisco and Catalina (Alvarado) Alvarado.

Ms. Alvarado had worked as an assembler at Fenwell for over 10 years, retiring in 1990.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening, and cooking.

She is survived by four sons, Jose Antonio Rodriguez of Coamo, Puerto Rico, Miguel Prez and his wife
Mia of Chicago, IL, Norberto Nieves of Hollywood, FL, and Nelson Nieves and his wife Sally of Worcester,
MA, four daughters, Bethsaida Rodriguez of Jamaica Plain, MA, Nancy Nieves of Framingham, MA,
Norma Nieves of Framingham, MA, and Nelly Nieves of Framingham, MA, one brother, Candido
Alvarado, of Coamo, Puerto Rico, eight sisters, Hipolita and her husband the late Eemerito Alvarado, of
Cleveland Ohio, Lraida and husband Perfecto Chaparro of , Mary and her husband Audel Sandoval
Chicago IL, Genera Alvarado, of Coamo, Puerto Rico, Victoria Alvarado of Coamo, Puerto Rico, Hilda and
her husband Ramon Pizarro of Cleveland Ohio, Emma Alvarado of Cleveland Ohio, and thirty
grandchildren, and nineteen great grandchildren.

She was also the mother of the late Jose Perez of Chicago and Nury Nieves of Framing, and sister of the
late Anibal Alvarado of Chicago IL, and Lydia and husband the late Luis Pizarro.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at 11 a.m. in the John Everett & Sons Funeral
Home, 4 Park Street in Natick.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held on Monday, May 1, 2023, from 4-7 p.m.  in the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home in Natick.

Burial will take place in Dell Park Cemetery, 163 Pond  Street in Natick.
