Framingham Public Library’s Brown Bag Learning Series: Sisters in Crime

FRAMINGHAM- As part of their monthly Brown Bag Learning Series, the main Framingham Public Library will host a panel discussion with the “Sisters in Crime” authors on Friday, August 4.
The “Sisters in Crime” include Susan Oleksiw, Lisa Lieberman, and Carolyn Wilkins.
The program will go from 12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m. in the Costin Room.
Carolyn Wilkins is the author of the Mellingham series and is the co-founder of Best Level Books, a company that publishes an annual anthology of crime fiction. Lisa Lieberman is the author of the Cara Walden series. The Cara Walden series features blacklisted Hollywood celebrities in postwar Europe. Carolyn Wilkins is the author of two mysteries that feature a college choir director and amateur sleuth named Bertie Bigelow. Bigelow is also a professor at Berklee College of Music.
During the program, the women will share where they get their ideas for their stories, how they go about writing the stories, and also give a short reading of their works.
