1  As of noon, about 18% of Framingham is still without power, down from a high of 35% yesterday. Eversource says full restoration of power to Framingham is anticipated by 6 p.m. Saturday.


2. Mayor Yvonne E. Spicer spoke at a City of Worcester event for International Women’s Day last night.

This morning, March 9, Mayor Spicer was on a plane flying to Washington DC for a Democratic National Committee meeting.



3.   Quilling Card, a small business in Framingham that sells greetings cards, journals, and other similar products is having a walk in sale today at 47 Mellen Street. until 4 p.m.

“We have never held a walk-in sale before here at our office, and we will be offering 50% Off of discontinued card designs to customers at the sale,” said Alexander Gester E-Commerce Marketing Manager


4. Pangea food truck will be at Exhibit A Brewing company tonight from 5 to 8 p.m.
