1  Today is National Margarita Day.  Margarita’s restaurant on Route 30 in Framingham has a special flight of margaritas today – Naked Lime, Spider Cider, Pomegranate and Blood Orange Margaritas.

3.   CITY OF FRAMINGHAM meetings:

  • Framingham Housing Authority has a special meeting at 11 a.m. today
  • Framingham School Committee Policy Subcommittee is scheduled to meet today at 5 p.m.
  • Framingham Assessors are scheduled to meet at 5:15 p.m. in the Memorial Building.
  •  Framingham Planning Board  scheduled to meet at 7 p.m. in the Memorial Building has been cancelled, as two of the 4 members are sick. There is not enough members for a quorum. The Mayor has yet to advertise for a fifth member.



4.  FLYERS in action:

  • Framingham High boys ice hockey team will battle Burlington High in the finals of the Cahoon Cup tonight at the Ice Palace in Burlington. Puck drops at 8:15 p.m.


5.  Framingham Library is hosting a “Vinylpalooza Party”  tonight at the Christa McAuliffe Library branch from 6 to 8 p.m. Celebrate the return of vinyl by bringing your favorite album from any decade or genre. Visit the nicrophone and tell a short story on why the album is important to you and the DJ will spin a track. Wear one of your old concert t-shirts or and entre the t-shirt contest. The event for teens and adults will feature DJ Jesse Kaminsky. For teens and adults.
