Volturno To Offer Monthly Pasta Classes

FRAMINGHAM – Having opened in Framingham a little more than three months ago with lunch and dinner service, Volturno now is bringing its popular pasta-making classes from its Worcester location to Framingham on a monthly basis.

With sold out classes at the Worcester location, owner Greg Califano is excited to offer another opportunity for diners to learn tips and tricks of the trade.

Taking place on the first Wednesday of the month and kicking off February 7, each class focuses on a different type of pasta and is capped at 20 to emphasize the intimacy of Italian cooking & cuisine.

All attendees will be provided with their own station and hand-cranked machine for an immersive lesson in handmade pasta.

Over the course of the evening, attendees will learn how to to make pasta from scratch, enjoy antipasti with wine pairings, and come full circle by dining on the dish each has made.

The cost is $80 to $100 per person.
