Framingham To Dedicate Women’s Memorial, Presents 7 Medals of Liberty on Veterans Day

FRAMINGHAM – The Town of Framingham will hold a Veterans Day Ceremony on Saturday, Novemebr 11 at 11 a.m. at Nevins Hall in the Memorial Building.

During the ceremony, seven Medals of Liberty will be presented.

After the ceremony, the Town of Framingham will dedicate its first memorial for women’s veterans.

All are invited to attend the public ceremony.

The guest speaker will be the founder and CEO of Centurion Technologies Consulting retired LTC Ingrid Centurion, who served 22 years
of active service in the United States Army as an Army Aviator conducting Joint Operations.

Six Medals of Liberty will be presented to Gold Star family members of Service Personnel Killed In Action or died of wounds:
PFC Peter Primo Stefanini, U.S. Army, World War II
SGT Paul John Marcin, U.S. Army, Vietnam War
SP4 Francis Charles Sullivan Jr., U.S. Army, Vietnam War
CPL Carl Daniel Wakefield, U.S. Marine, Vietnam War
LCPL John Michael Nealon, U.S. Marine, Vietnam War
PFC Barry Lowe, U.S. Marine, Vietnam War

One Medal is presented to Town of Framingham for Service Personnel Killed In Action:
CPT Gordon Armstrong Skinner II, U.S. Army, Vietnam War
