BOSTON – The National Weather Service in Boston cancelled its high wind warning at 4:15 a.m.
However, a wind advisory is in effect through 5 p.m. today, October 30.
Winds are from the southwest from 10 to 20 miles per hour, with gusts up to 45 miles per hour.
These strong winds may blow down limbs and trees and power lines.
Scattered power outages are possible.
As of 4:30 a.m., less than 1 percent of Framingham’s 30,000 plus Eversource customers were without power.
A wind advisory means that there will be sustained winds of 31 to 39 miles per hour.
