Framingham Man, 30, Indicted on Assault, Weapons Charges

FRAMINGHAM – The Middlesex County grand jury indicted a Framingham man on assault and weapons charges.

The Assistant District Attorney on the case is Mary F.P. O’Neill.

The grand jury indicted Paul Yogo, 30 Framingham, was charged with possession of a sawed off shotgun and two counts of assault and battery.

In October 2016, Framingham Police arrested Yogo at his 640 Worcester Road home, after a fight with his foster brother.

After an investigation and  a search, police found a sawed-off shotgun in a trunk in his apartment.
